Uniform Embroidery & Personalisation

About Us

At The Staff Uniform Company we pride ourselves on our high standards. We offer only the best quality uniforms and have invested a huge amount of money on ensuring that the quality of our embroidery meets our high levels of expectation.

Some UK’s biggest companies and best known brands choose our embroidery team to personalise their uniforms.

What do we offer?

Embroidery - This is the most common form of personalisation, we take your logo and make it into a format that is comparable with our embroidery machines, We stitch your logo directly onto our garments.

Vinyl Printing - We print your logo and heat press it onto our garments. This is usually used for small orders of simple logos, names or numbers.

Screen Printing -This is deal for larger quantities. The screen ink is applied through a screen directly to the garment. Screen prints can be made up of several colours, however there are set up costs and these increase with the amount of colours required. The end result is a long lasting durable product.

Screen Transfer Printing - This is similar on process to screen printing, except the print is onto transfer paper. The transfer is then cured and applied to the garment with a heatpress. This is great for jobs where a stock of transfers is useful for repeat orders. The results are crisp and sharp. School leavers Hoodies where the prints tend to contain fine name detail are done this way.

How it works

Step 1 - Send us a copy of your logo to sales@staffuniforms.co.uk The logo needs to be in one of the following formats; JPEG, PSD, or PNG.

Step 2 - Our embroidery department will analyse your logos stitch count and complexity and provide you with a quotation.

Step 3 - If you are happy with the price quoted then you will need to pay a one off fee of £25+vat. This fee covers the digitalisation costs (in-essence programming your logo with our machines). The digitalisation process is really important and shouldn’t be done on the cheap. Some companies may offer discounted or even free digitalisation, you should be aware that a poorly digitalised logo could destroy your logo when it is embroidered onto the garment. It really is a case of you get what you pay for and we pride ourselves on offering the highest quality embroidery

Step 3 - We recommend that you order a sample of your logo

Step 4 - When you are ready to place your order, let our sales team know and we will manually process the order for you and book you an embroidery slot.

Step 5 - We aim to have completed your order within 10 working days.

Please note that we cannot accept any returns on items that have been embroidered or personalised in anyway unless the garments are faulty.

If you have any questions or queries please contact our embroidery team who will be happy to assist you.
