Managing Director - Peter Luscombe

Peter Luscombe is the Managing Director of The Staff Uniform Company. He started the company back in 2013 with a vision of redefining the Corporate Clothing and Workwear Industry. He has a strong business background with a wealth of experience of Business Management, Business Development and has lead numerous high profile aquisition and mergers. He has a keen interest in sustainable business and has recently lead the development of the new Aracras range. Peter is committed to driving the business forward, ensuring that we remain on of the best Staff Uniform and Workwear companies in the UK.

Operations Director - Rebecca Luscombe

Rebecca Luscombe is the Operations Director at The Staff Uniform Company, having joined in 2014. She is responsible for the day-to-day running of the business, ensuring operations are efficient, consistent, and aligned with company goals. Rebecca oversees all financial affairs, supporting effective budgeting and sustainable growth. She also manages relationships with suppliers and distributors, maintaining a reliable and responsive supply chain. In addition, she leads the company’s focus on sustainability, diversity, equality, and inclusion, working to embed these values throughout the organisation and promote a positive, responsible business culture.

Client Services Director - Shauna Tiplady

Shauna Tiplady is the Client Services Director at The Staff Uniform Company, where she leads all aspects of client engagement and service delivery. She is responsible for managing customer relationships, overseeing ordering processes, and ensuring client accounts are handled with care and efficiency. Shauna plays a key role in maintaining a seamless customer experience, from initial order through to delivery and ongoing support.

She is also the company’s complaints lead, ensuring any issues are addressed promptly and professionally. In addition, Shauna is the thematic lead for growth and innovation, driving continuous improvement and helping the business evolve to meet changing client needs.

Director - Henry Hughes

Henry Hughes serves as the Strategic and Investment Director for The Staff Uniform Company. As a Director at Behrens, the company’s parent organisation, Henry provides essential oversight of strategic growth across the business and the wider group. He plays a key role in shaping long-term direction, offering expert guidance on investments and growth opportunities.

Working closely with the Board of Directors, Henry delivers technical, strategic, and commercial advice to support informed decision-making. He ensures that The Staff Uniform Company’s objectives remain aligned with the broader vision and values of the group, helping to drive sustainable success and future development.
